Risk and Insurance Officer
We are currently seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Insurance and Risk Officer to join our well established and highly organisation. This is an exciting time to join Catalyst as we embark on an accelerated period of growth and change with a clear plan to push forward the Commercial arm of our business.

You will combine your insurance expertise and influencing skills to work seamlessly with colleagues across the business to provide the highest standard of guidance and lead the business’ response and activities on all insurance related matters. You will mentor and educate colleagues and will use your intellect and experience to enable you to get under the skin of the business and ensure you are a ‘go to’ person for managers, directors and key stakeholders on all insurance matters. You will also act as our business lead on relationships with insurance providers and brokers as well as and case handling of all PI and liability claims.
You will have a passion for getting things right coupled with insurance qualifications and extensive experience within a similar role in the insurance environment. Your risk management experience will include Control Assessments/Risk reporting/Compliance/Regulatory oversight, as well as training programme awareness A key part of this role will be to assist in producing excellent Risk reports, working closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance, that focus succinctly on matters at hand within the business and on the horizon. You’ll be working to tight timescales, so impeccable organisational ability, Microsoft skills and attention to detail are a must.
