A new high profile role for a Risk Control Surveyor who will cover Nationwide has opened. This role is to support the objectives of the business by conducting risk management surveys and providing appropriate risk management advice and risk assessments to broking staff and clients.
Requirements:
·5 years' experience as a Property Surveyor for an Insurance Company or Broker
·NEBOSH required
·Relevant Health & Safety and Asset Protection experience in a Commercial environment
Technical Knowledge of
·Construction standards and rules
·Fire protection methods and systems
·Security systems
·Trade processes and associated fire hazards
·Business interruption assessment and business continuity techniques
·Material Damage
·Risk assessment, control and loss prevention techniques
·Health and Safety law and procedures
·Trade processes and associated health and safety hazards
·Chemicals and hazardous substances
·Quality Control/Assurance procedures
·Product liability exposures and controls
Salary: £48,000
