Clark James are a specialist and friendly Insurance Recruiter, we are currently working with a leading and prestigious Insurance Company who have a brand new Senior Role within their Commercial Underwriting Division.
The role will entail assisting the Operations Director in aligning processes and developing staff to support the Division’s E-commerce strategy and to deliver operational excellence within a compliant environment.
The role includes the delivery of training for new and existing staff, ensuring consistency across all key functions of the business.
You will aim to improve staff productivity and streamline processes as well as carrying out audits on staff performance
You will work closely with the Underwriting Director to ensure that technical training is scheduled and you will produce training material to make sure staff have a strong understanding of the group’s range of Commercial Insurance Products.
A strong technical understanding of Commercial Insurance would be a benefit and we are looking for someone with previous Management and/or training experience, the staff will need to buy into you so we are looking for a real people person with strong communication skills.
