Due business growth, we have a vacancy for a talented and experienced Client Delivery Lead to complement our highly successful Casualty Loss Adjusting Services division.
Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a high profile and demanding operational role with a specific Client Relationship focus. The successful candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to the success and business development of Casualty working closely with the Casualty Business Development Director, through having overall responsibility for delivery of client(s) operational requirements.
Performance will be measured against the achievement of the client operational teams to which they are attached, with measures and other key performance indicators defined in connection with delivery of the financial, customer/client, process and staff engagement objectives.

Experience in the delivery of client operational requirements is required for the reason that a key part of the role is to develop the client operational proposition in line with changing markets, services and needs. It is paramount that you are both commercially and operationally aware as you will represent the `voice` of the client and the Cunningham Lindsey Client Director / Client Relationship Manager to ensure the client`s philosophies, protocols, priorities and goals are successfully implemented and followed. It is also important that you understand the value of team work and demonstrate the ethic and drive to succeed. You will be a key stakeholder in ensuring effective Client liaison and relationships.
Already a strong communicator, you`ll be able to take an impartial view and have proven skills in fostering close working relationships, be able to put yourself in our client`s shoes, lead by example with the Cunningham Lindsey operational leads to reap the rewards to their success. You will have/will be:
-Solid experience of operational client delivery within the insurance sector.
-Able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis
-Good management skills
-Proven ability to manage, motivate and drive a team
-Good client interfacing skills, including the ability to develop and maintain a close working relationship with clients and effectively support Relationship Managers
-Excellent communications skills
-Listening and acting upon information.
-Excellent IT skills
-Actively contribute to relationship development strategies
-Think beyond the box to reach the right client solution
