This senior role will assume responsibility for the company targets and deliverables in relation to:
- GWP (Gross Written Premium)
- Commission and other income
- Sales team expenses and marketing spend
- Policy numbers
- Cross selling and customer penetration metrics
- Customer service statistics
There will be a responsibility to attend Board meetings and to report to the board on the above and the performance of the teams on a monthly basis.
The role will assume responsibility for a GWP of circa £20m and the company has ambition to double in size in the next 10 years. The successful candidate will derive and execute a growth plan with the Board.
The ideal candidate would be ACII qualified and have at least 10 years of personal lines broking experience.

A detailed knowledge of the insurance market, industry and contacts they can draw on to enable Lifesure to improve its competitive advantages.
