As an organisation experiencing rapid growth and development, we are looking for a talented individual with proven sales experience to work closely with our sales team in the pursuit of new client acquisition. The successful candidate will be home-based, but expected to travel to customer sites and meetings as needed. To coordinate the hunting of new clients, conducting data gathering with prospective clients. You may need to demonstrate our software and may need to be part of the closing of new business. You will be detail orientated, personable and eager to learn

Key Competencies:

  • Proven track record of B2B sales ideally from a technology or insurance background and of leading a small team of sales people
  • Able to communicate with varying levels of decision maker
  • Able to write a compelling proposal
  • Ability to work to targets / KPI’s
  • Comfortable in demonstrating software via WebEx and face to face
  • The ability to communicate confidently at all levels and overcome sales obstacles effectively
  • Ability to learn the software product
  • Be a competitive team player within the business as a whole


Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and demonstrating the software solution to senior level professionals
  • Calling into new prospects, arranging demo’s and funnelling leads
  • Reporting progress into the management group on number of leads, meetings, quotations and sales updated via CRM systems.
  • Be significantly involved with the strategy around hunting new clients.
  • Profiling the prospect and identifying the decision makers
  • Full product training will be provided from day one
  • Provide ongoing support to our ambitious sales team
  • Frequent UK and very occasional international travel
