An opportunity is available to join a growing, Independent Insurance Brokers in Mansfield as a Claims Handler. The company places a high importance on customer care in order to maintain their professional image.
The Claims Handler will manage a range of insurance claims from inception through to settlement, including uninsured losses. The successful candidate will ensure full administrative and processing support is provided for the broking teams and Claims Manager. This will include maintaining an up to date claims diary, keeping clients and Insurers informed of all new claims and developments as well as dealing with general administration, post, telephone calls and claims queries.
For all your hard work, you will be rewarded with a basic salary between £17,000 per annum - £21,000 per annum dependent upon experience
Our client is seeking candidates from all backgrounds, however some claims experience would be preferred. Knowledge of Insurer procedures and FSA regulations is also advantageous. The ideal applicant will be Cert CII Qualified or equivalent.
