Major commercial Broker with a strong reputation for client service are looking to appoint an experienced Claims Executive to their Manchester business.
As a Claims Executive, you will be responsible for client relationships for all things claims, this incorporates presenting claims solutions to clients at new business and renewal meetings as well as conducting quarterly or annual claims review/analysis meetings with large commercial customers.
The purpose of this role is to provide a higher level service to key clients, offering a service level differentiator for the Broker. Whilst some involvement in claims will still take place, this will be reserved for a small number of large/complex losses where a face to face Representative is essential in the claims service programme.
