Senior Commercial Account Handler

IDEX Consulting are working closely with a highly reputable, independent insurance Broker in Loughborough who are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Account Handler to look after a team.
As a vital part of the business, you will service a portfolio of commercial clients from first inception, through to renewals and mid term adjustments. You will work closely with a team of 4 commercial insurance professionals, ensuring work in run smoothly, technical queries are dealt with in an efficient and compliant manner and retention rates are kept high.
Aside from broking, you will lead a small team of commercial insurance professionals, monitoring your team's performance, improving business processes, encouraging your team to exceed business targets as well as carry out appraisals and 121's.

For all your hard work, my client will reward you with a basic salary of up to £35k
To be considered you should hold experience in commercial insurance as a Broker/Account Handler
Acturis experience is preferred but not essential
