Job Sector:      General Insurance

Job Type:        Loss Adjuster

Salary:             to £40,000

Job Ref:           ADR/20493

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Loss Adjuster to join this expanding Insurance Organisation.

You will be responsible for handling a case load of domestic and commercial claims for mainly Insurer clients.   You will visit the loss, assess the damage, provide a full report and with the support of a desktop team of handlers, see the claim through to settlement.  Some claims will be on an investigation and report only basis, although the majority will be cradle to grave.  This is a home based role and your region will be parts of West Kent, Sussex and South London.  The split on claims will be roughly 80% domestic and 20% commercial.

To apply for this role, it is essential you have loss adjusting experience, ideally within property and live in or around the Kent/Sussex/South London areas. You will have the ability to manage your own diary, making appointments and ensuring your work is carried out within set time frames.  You will be organised, with strong communication skills and a hard working ethic.  Ideally you will be Cert CILA qualified or more, although this isn’t essential.

If successful, you can expect a generous salary, along with company car, bonus, laptop and phone.  You will also benefit from industry leading training and have the opportunities to progress within the business.
