A dynamic and growing Lloyd's Syndicate are seeking a new Reporting Manager to join them in a brand new position in a newly centralised team.
Your new role
You will be managing a team of up to 8 reporting and analytical professionals looking at claims, financial, underwriting and actuarial data which is reported back to the business frequently. This role will be more high level and you will be involved in selling the departments services to the business as well as working on reporting and data centric projects. You will also be involved in the direct management of the team including training and SLA management as well as some hands on reporting where required.
What you'll need to succeed
A background in insurance (personal lines, commercial lines or Lloyd's Market) in a Reporting Management role. You will need strong communication skills on top of this.
