What you will be doing

We are looking for an experienced Senior Claims Handler to uphold AXA's excellent customer service reputation.

You’ll be providing the very best personal motor claims service to our customer and you’ll also share your knowledge and skills with your team by helping to coach and develop those with less experience.

You will be proactive, enthusiastic and thrive on taking responsibility in a fast-paced environment where opportunities to develop and progress are actively encouraged.

Who are we looking for?

We want you to have self-pride in what you do and what you achieve so a passion to get things right for your customers is essential. You’ll also need to have courage and bravery to be able to make the right decision for both customer and business needs.

Empathetic and understanding, you’ll have communication skills which are second-to-none and the ability to build relationships with customers.

You will definitely need

  • Extensive experience in motor claims.
  • A strong motor claims technical ability with thorough knowledge of AD and TPD claims processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of claims reserving and assessment methods.
  • Awareness of the Insurance market and the importance of all internal and external customers.
  • You will have evidence of a strong proactive approach to claims files management.
