A highly respected independent insurance Broker are on the lookout for a highly skilled Accounts Clerk to join their finance team on a part time basis. My client cherishes its independent status and holds deep relations with many key Insurers, the strength of these relationships frequently offers the cutting edge needed to win business.
To assist the finance team with maintenance of financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Working alongside the accounting team to produce and assess financial reports and ensure legal compliance, process accounts payable and receivable along with managing invoices and tax payments.

You must hold strong financial knowledge, with experience of double entry book keeping, cash book accounting, performing bank reconciliations and credit control duties. You should hold experience within the operations and finance department of an insurance/Broker business with the ability to show outstanding problem-solving skills, even when under pressure.
