You're a natural 'go getter', an ambitious Insurance Sales Executive who would love a better earning potential, but still wish to work in the insurance sector. Lets face it, selling to completely cold customers is hard, especially if you are working for a brand/Broker in the market who are relatively small and have limited market presence. "Why can't I find a market leading, specialist Insurance Broker in the East Midlands to work for?" you ask yourself.

It is with great excitement to announce, IDEX are working with a specialist, financial lines based Broker who are looking to hire a Senior Lead Insurance Sales Executive to work closely with the board of Directors.

Using your background in commercial insurance, you will organise, create and deliver the sales strategy and activity for the business, ensuing you are working towards specific growth targets. A new insurance product is in the process of being launched which you will focus on promoting to a range of new and existing clients across the UK.

To be considered you must have a background within the general insurance sector and have the desire to be the best in your trade. You must have strong negotiation, sales and objection handling skills.

This growing, innovative business is lucky enough to have leaders who have worked in their specialist field for a long time. You won't be micro-managed, you will be supported day to day to achieve not just your company targets, but your own financial goals.

For all your hard work and dedication to your role, you will be rewarded with a basic salary between £50,000 - £80,000 which is dependent on your background and the skills you can bring with you.
