What to expect

You’ll be providing the very best personal claims service to our customer and you’ll also share your knowledge and skills with your team by helping to coach and develop those with less experience.

You will be proactive, enthusiastic and thrive on taking responsibility in a fast-paced environment where opportunities to develop and progress are actively encouraged.

 This role is a full time position - 35 hours per week on a shift pattern of 8-4, 9-5, 9.30-5.30 and 12-8 with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9-5). 

Who are we looking for
The most important attribute we look for is the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, understanding the value of our customers and the impact it has on our brand. 

You must be able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, active listening skills and confidant at negotiating, questioning and complaints handling. 

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a natural empathetic manner with an understanding of how to support people through difficult times. 

We are also looking for candidates that have knowledge of insurance principles, products and policies and experience of negotiation claims in a relevant insurance claims environment.
