Head of Performance and Improvement

Would you like to help ensure that NHS Resolution’s Claims Management service is working as safely, effectively and efficiently as possible? This is a newly created leadership role reporting to the Deputy Director of Claims Management. The post holder will be accountable for the safe and consistent delivery of a quality Claims Management service from NHS Resolution and its supply chain by:

  • Implementing an assurance and compliance framework that delivers effective governance across the claims management service (to include effective contract, operational risk and issue management);
  • Leading on continuous service improvement activity including the growth of the organisation through the opening of a new office in Leeds; and
  • Coordinating the service’s responses to complaints and other feedback (e.g. customer and staff surveys);
