Reporting to the Senior Compliance and Risk Manager, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of complaint investigation and resolution, including liaison with the FOS. You will record and investigate all complaints received within regulatory timeframes, produce root cause complaint analysis, manage the oversight of third parties handling complaints on behalf of the company, produce complaint statistics for the ExCom and review and assess the effectiveness of complaints handling and MI by 3rd parties. You must have a sound understanding and knowledge of insurance and the market and an awareness of financial issues and business priorities.
