Broker Development Manager
A well-known insurance network is looking to recruit a Broker Development Manager in the West Midlands as part of their national growth strategy.
The BDM will manage and develop a panel of Brokers who look after both commercial and personal lines business, spanning the Midlands. The focus will be on retention, cross-selling, membership upgrading and increasing Partner Insurer placement as well as generating new member referrals. The successful candidate will use a consultative approach to work closely with the Brokers in order to improve their business and ultimately increase GWP, whilst maintaining a sales mentality.
Candidates are encouraged to apply who have good all round knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance coupled with a development background, within an Insurer, network or MGA. Individuals with experience working both with and for Brokers would be particularly of interest.
