INSURANCE SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN
Our major International client is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Insurance Technician who will play a leading role in the implementation of their market leading IT systems.
These Insurance systems are in place but need an experienced Insurance Technician to ensure that they are fully working and operate to the best of their capacity for all aspects of the Insurance cycle.
Accordingly you will have good all round Insurance knowledge, able to identify exactly what the system needs to do, and also the communication skills to explain what is required when working with the IT professionals to make those changes.
You will be the first point of contact within the Company for all questions relating to the implementation of these systems so you will have good problem solving skills, initiative and a drive to ensure prompt delivery.
In order to ensure that you understand all of the issues Technicians in the Business are having, you will liaise closely with all Insurance teams and then to relay those in detail to IT so that the necessary changes are accurately made.
Therefore your communication skills will be strong and you will be able to explain details to people with different levels of knowledge - effectively and in a variety of manners to ensure understanding.
Overall your responsibility will be to ensure the Insurance systems are operating to their utmost efficiency and effectiveness to provide prompt, accurate and effective technical processing support directly to clients and the business.
