We are currently looking to recruit a motivated Graduate to join our Client's expanding Commercial Insurance team in Chelmsford.

The successful individual will play a key role in supporting their Account Executives and Account Handlers to deliver high quality and efficient service to clients.

This opportunity will allow you to work closely with these professionals and to learn about Commercial Insurance so that with training, you can develop your career in the Insurance Industry. This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career within insurance and will suit a driven Graduate with a keen desire to join the industry

Your role as Business Support Administrator will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining electronic filing system records
  • Checking and issuing monthly and quarterly claims reports
  • Ensuring policies are issued promptly within the required time period
  • Checking systems for payments and accounts issues
  • Drafting Letters and Certificates
  • Checking the Insurance system for reports and rejections in a timely manner
  • Invoice tracking and updating Insurance Registers
  • Typing up hand written minutes and taking minutes
  • Data administration and ensuring that users are set up correctly
  • Organising room bookings and making travel arrangements

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Good experience of using Microsoft programs
  • Professional office experience
  • Hard working, accurate with strong attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
