Claims Team Leader
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching and coordinating a team of Claims Specialists, Handlers and Administrators to ensure the effective and efficient handling of claims.
Strategic planning to improve competency and efficiency of team in line with overall company strategy.
Responsible for Client liaison in support of Account Managers.
Within the department there is an emphasis on proactive claims management skills, excellent Customer Service and the requirement to be able to handle claims across many schemes and Clients.
