A rapidly growing Lloyd's syndicate / MGA is currently recruiting for a new Financial & Management Reporting Accountant to join its established finance team a report directly to the Financial Reporting Manager.

The successful applicant will assist the Manager in all aspects of the development of the Finance function with particular focus on financial reporting and management accounts as the business continues its rapid growth. Key focuses of the role are to prepare the monthly management accounts and quarterly board papers and also to enhance processes and controls around financial reporting. An understanding of / exposure to Lloyd's accounting would be particularly useful to assist with the syndicate reporting.

Applicants must be qualified accountants with relevant management and/or financial reporting experience gained within the insurance industry, have a strong appreciation of accounting standards and principles and be comfortable using excel to an intermediate / advanced level.
