A leading London market insurance business is currently recruiting for a new Senior Finance Executive.

As the Senior Finance Executive, you will join a team responsible for the finance and regulatory reporting requirements for one of the leading entities within the business. This includes extensive internal customer relationship building and liaison with other departments within the business (for example underwriting and claims departments) and overseas branch offices.

In particular this will include preparation of annual statutory accounts, preparation of monthly management accounts, regulatory and foreign branch reporting (including Solvency II), preparation and submission of tax returns, contribution towards the improvement of processes and controls and being the main point of contact with the external auditors during the annual audit preparing deliverables and answering audit queries.

Applicants will ideally be qualified accountants with at least 3-5 years' relevant experience gained working in an insurance accounting environment, have experience of the preparation of insurance management and statutory accounts and have experience of working on audits.
