A highly regarded Insurance Company in Birmingham City Centre seeks to hire a Compliance Associate to manage a wide range of administration tasks to support the Compliance advisory team and the Monitoring and Operations team.
As a Compliance Associate you will manage a wide range of administration tasks to support the Compliance advisory team and the Monitoring and Operations team.
You will provide comprehensive project support whilst taking ownership of the business's policies and procedures ensuring that relevant documents are up to date as well as facilitating the updating of those documents and the maintenance of existing data.
You will provide complete and accurate administration services including: drafting / sending letters, memos, emails, as well as printing, scanning documents, file management, distributing departmental mail and dealing with routine correspondence and enquiries.
The position will have a strong focus on the administrative aspects of compliance where you will work with excellent attention to detail across all levels. You will need to have a good understanding of organisational processes with the ability to work to deadlines and communicate well at all levels.
To be considered you must have previous compliance experience within a regulatory environment ideally within the insurance, legal or financial services sector.
