We are looking for an organised and motivated Insurance Assistant to be the first point of contact and professional adviser on all day to day matters within the Insurance Department, providing high level, efficient and effective support to Head of Insurance.
The successful applicant will apply their knowledge and expertise to action claims within strict time frames and provide guidance to internal parties, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and statutory regulation.
In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below. Requirements include;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management
• Prior experience of working in more than one field of insurance
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Salary: £25,000-£26,000 per annum
