Are you an External or Internal Auditor currently working within the wider Financial services or Practice/Consulting arena and looking for a change?

My client has an exciting opportunity to step into this re-established Audit function during a positive period of growth and change.. 

You will:
Contribute to the delivery of the Internal Audit plan though timely completion of assigned audits, working with other members of the team
  • Perform audit assignments conducting planning, fieldwork and reporting activities ensuring adherence to the Group Internal Audit methodology
  • Audit follow up to verify issues have been adequately addressed by management
  • Maintain and prepare reporting on internal audit statistics / KPIs
  • Conduct special projects at request of Head of Internal Audit / company management responding to emerging business risks
  • Have the opportunity to travel to the company’s other office locations across Europe (10-15%) 
Experience required:
  • Are you PQ'l and actively studying towards an accountancy or CIA qualification? 
  • Are you fully qualified and looking for your next challenge in this space?
  • Do you have exposure to Insurance / Reinsurance / Lloyd's Syndicates? – it would be desirable but not necessary.
  • Experience in presenting and discussing information in a logical, professional and objective manner, and to manage discussions to effectively build consensus and drive forward looking actions?
  • Sound knowledge of technical auditing concepts, business processes and internal control systems, including regulatory and industry best practice internal control models
