Are you responsible for a niche line of commercial business that after covenant you would be keen to tap into and grow for a reputable chartered Broker? Do you have the desire to work in an environment where you are not micromanaged and have the autonomy to get on and grow your book of business? Then if so, this could be a great opportunity for you to work in a mature successful brokerage.
The Directors of the business appreciate you will need support in year one to bring in some commercial revenue whilst in your restrict and will provide this with the provision that you look to tap into your chosen market when the time is right.
What's on offer:
In return you will get a salary of up to £40,000 plus a wider benefits package.
Autonomy to work from home as well as from their office in Greater Manchester near Bolton.
Joining a growing commercial brokerage, you will be part of the companies Account Executive team in Lancashire.
Your responsibilities will include:
- New business generations
- Managing day to day client relationships
- Working closely with the Broker team to manage Insurer relations
What you'll need to succeed:
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience of working as an Account Executive in the insurance industry. You will need to have good interpersonal and relationship skills in order to maintain and develop Broker relationships. You will need to have your Cert CII qualification.
Experience using SSP system would be an advantage although not a set requirement.
