Our client a Lloyd's syndicate are seeking strong analytically minded individual with good written, verbal and presentation skills

The role will encompass:

- Assisting the exposure management team

- Act as a key resource assisting the exposure management team, with natural catastrophe analytics and development projects

- Assist in quarterly activities relating to Cyber risk, including data capture, analysis and reporting

- Will support those wanting become a qualified actuary

Key responsibilities

- Data manipulation and analysis, with catastrophe pricing and underwriting tools and models

- Quarterly data manipulation, analysis and reporting of cyber exposures including cyber scenario calculations

- Working with Actuarial, Underwriting and Risk teams as required on cross-team projects

Desired skills and qualifications

- A 2.1 Bachelor's degree, and strong performance at A Level in Mathematics or Science

- SQL, R, Python, VBA, and Excel advantageous

- Strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work collaboratively
