What is the role?

  • As part of ongoing this major independent broker is now looking to recruit an exceptional Senior Account Director to join the team in Hertfordshire
  • Inheriting an existing book, with the additional responsibility of growing the book
  • Reporting directly to the Regional Director
  • Working with a wide range of Commercial and Corporate clients on varied and complex risks ranging across a broad spectrum of size and market sector
  • Working in partnership with an experienced team of Account Handlers and Senior management
  • The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be adept at forming successful external and internal relationships at all levels

  • Successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, and proven experience with Commercial and Corporate clients
  • You will be passionate about offering all clients exceptional levels of service
  • A self-starter, you will be equally building the book through your network or client recommendations
  • You will be ambitious, tenacious and possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • You will have strong personal organisation and time management skills, and want to work within a team environment, thereby maximising support from the internal team to allow you to seamlessly fulfil your external duties
