Your new role
Your new role working as a Real Estate / Property Owners Account Executive means you will be responsible for providing superior servicing of your own client portfolio, dealing with your allocated clients from inception to completion along with supporting the Directors and working alongside your peers to contribute towards the success and growth of the business. Duties will include full client management for Commercial Property business. Identifying risk exposures and advising on insurance and risk management solutions with clients and fellow colleagues. Identifying, nurturing and executing new business opportunities in order to generate additional revenue from new and existing clients as well as maintaining and developing insurance market knowledge. Broking to insurer markets to secure best possible terms for new and renewal business as well as handling all; preparation of all technical documentation. Other duties will include Providing a superior claims handling service and support to customers.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as a Property Owners Account Executive handling Commercial Real Estate/ Property Owners risks within a Lloyd's Broker or Insurance Broker, will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be experienced and enthusiastic, as well as hard-working and ambitious, who is looking for a long term career. You will need to be self-motivated, driven and be able to communicate and engage with people at all levels as you will be in regular contact and dialogue with Clients, Insurers and the team. Along with being computer literate and customer focused, the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the Real Estate insurer and broker markets and possess strong technical knowledge of Real Estate policy wordings.
