Household Claims Handler
Well established, specialist insurer, has an opening for a well organised and methodical individual with strong Household Claims Handling / Processing experience gained within an Insurance Company, Lloyd’s Broker, Syndicate, or Adjusting firm.
In addition to technical Household Claims insurance experience, you will have the ability to communicate effectively with brokers, adjusters and claimants across the UK, whilst organising own diary and workload effectively. Working as part of a team of 4, you will be allocated an authority limit and will be responsible for handling your own portfolio of UK Household claims from first advice through to settlement, referring higher value claims to Head Office. Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner essential, as is the ability to deal with high volumes of incoming calls alongside the ongoing handling of claims
