Director responsible for leading and developing a regional broking business in the North West of England.
In a player manager style role, you will control an existing portfolio of mid corporate clients as well as lead the team to driving growth across the business.
Leading from the front, you will be not only a superb client advocate, but also a strong people leader, developing and realising the potential of the talent in the business.

You will have P&L responsibility for running a significant area of a large corporate brokerage with the primary objective being focused on sustainable and ambitious growth.
The role can be split in to three core areas:
Clients; you will control your own portfolio of mid corporate existing clients, delivering an exceptional service to them.
People; you will take responsibility for a large group of colleagues with the aim to engage, motivate and succeed with them.
Growth; the ultimate output of the first two core areas is successful and sustainable growth, which you will drive by leading from the front.
What's on offer
On offer is a salary of up to £95,000 + car, bonus, pension, health.
You will be in a prominent position both within the business and the market in what is a highly coveted role.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have a natural flair for client relationships and development as well as a passion for leading and developing people, all gained within a Broker side role at Account Director or similar position.
