Is a global composite insurer with offices throughout the UK, this role is based in their Head Office in the City of London.
Your new role
This role is based in London, working within their dedicated their financial crime team. Your primary focus of the role will be providing financial crime advice to the various different business units. You will also help develop the financial crime framework further, deliver on reporting requirements, train the business on financial crime matters and assist in deep dives of the business. There is an element of travel required in this role, to visit different UK offices, situation permitted.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of UK & International Financial Crime rules & regulations, as broad as possible, to include; Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Market Abuse. You'll also need good communication skills as well as the ability to effectively business partner and build relationships with key stakeholders. Any financial crime, legal or insurance qualifications are desirable but not required.
