Motor Fleet Account Handler job, City, up to c.£28,000 dependant on exp, working for a Lloyd's Broker.

Your new company
Your new job working as a Motor Fleet Account Handler will be working for a dynamic Insurance Broker. Your new company have been owned and managed by their directors and every single one of their employees have become a shareholder in the company, either directly or by way of a share option scheme. And always accountable to their clients. Due to the growth in the Motor Fleet Division they are currently looking for an Account Handler to join the team.


Your new role
Your new job working as a Motor Fleet Account Handler means you will be responsible for preparing and broking new business presentations and renewals with relevant underwriters and preparing, typing, and checking of policies, slips, endorsements, letters and other correspondence. You will be dealing with queries from Brokers and Underwriters and escalating issues, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution as well as issuing authorised documentation, including quotes, cover notes, invoices and schedules. Other duties will include chasing and monitoring premiums and other adhoc duties.


What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within Insurance In a similar role and preferably experience of handling handling Motor Fleet and Private Motor risks would be preferred but is not essential. Ideally, you will be working towards ACII and you will have excellent attention to detail and be organised with a methodical approach to work. You will be able to communicate effectively with others. You will good IT skills and have an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
