Learning & Development - Trainer
I have been retained by an advisory business who are on a fast growth trajectory, acquisitive and on a journey to become one of the most trusted Advisors in the industry striving to always provide a high quality of service to their clients.
They are in the market to strengthen their HR team with an Learning & Development Trainer. You will be involved with and support a wide range of L&D initiatives, development programmes, technical training and soft skill training.
This role will support the Leaders of the business in delivering and achieving their objectives which are to deliver business results and to develop their people.
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have a detailed understanding of all aspects of the insurance world and covers such as: Liability, professional indemnity, directors and officers, contractors all risks to name but a few.
This role can be based in Kent, Essex or London, with potential for home working on a regular or ad-hoc basis. You will be required to frequently travel to other offices across the UK as well as some potential travel to Ireland.
The team are at the stage of reviewing and adjusting their strategy and operations to support the firms growth plans.
