Commercial Account Handler
Our Client, a local Insurance Broker, is looking to recruit an additional Commercial Account Handler to join their friendly and successful team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Account Handler you will provide technical and client service support to the Account Executives and their clients.
Key responsibilities of the Account Handler role include:
- Completing the administration of your Client's insurance requirements including general enquiries, renewals, new business and midterm adjustments
- Dealing with incoming enquiries from Clients, Insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Developing and maintaining strong Client and Insurer relationships
- Providing technical expertise across a broad range of commercial insurance business
- Accompany Account Executive as required and attend client meetings
To be successful in this Account Handler role you will demonstrate:
- Insurance experience with knowledge across a range of Commercial classes of business
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High level of customer focus
