Our client, a leading and highly innovative insurance software development company is looking for a Head of IT and Security. This is a new position that is required a result of significant business gains and planned growth within the company.

Applications are welcome from candidates with significant experience gained in a Head of IT and Security position, or similar, and with experience of running systems in a regulated environment. It would be an additional benefit if that experience has been obtained in the company’s target market of the multi-national companies working in the London insurance market.

At the moment, infrastructure within the company is managed by one highly skilled individual, plus an assistant who works on certain areas and they also work closely with a services company. However, they know that this team is insufficient for their expected growth so they are actively looking for the right appointments to make. They would, therefore, expect the new Head of IT and Security to propose how to add to the team and when to contract out services.

Please feel free to contact us directly for a confidential discussion about this exciting opportunity. There is also a detailed and technical job description that is available upon request.
