  • Reporting to the Managing Director of this independent business, the role directly impacts the firms ongoing commercial growth.

  • The firm’s ethos is very much traditional independent broking – allowing you to make the right choices for your clients without input from networks or consolidators.

The proposition here is all about client service, where everything is in place for you to provide genuinely independent advice and solutions to your clients – backed up by an inhouse claims service and all the support you could want – broking, administration, leads, marketing, etc.

The firm has experienced good success, continuing to grow even after 30+ years in the market, dealing with clients locally and nationally.

And this is where you come in…

You’ll be an experienced Account Executive, probably working for a large or corporate firm and frustrated with constant change, restrictions around market strategy and micro management.

You may have a client following (subject to covenants), or not; but you certainly will have the drive to contribute to the firms growth through the acquisition and retention of commercial clients.
