LEGAL EXPENSES CLAIMS HANDLER
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Insurance business who currently have a position as a Legal Expenses Claims Handler. It is essential for applicants to have legal experience, even better if this is in the Insurance sector however, this is not essential.
The main purpose of this role is to handle claims under Legal Expenses Insurance (LEI) policies, liaising with policyholders, insurers, third parties and suppliers as necessary. You will maintain your portfolio in an efficient manner to ensure that you are working effectively and delivering market leading cost control and excellent customer service.
This is a very varied role including handling claims involving personal injury, consumer disputes, property disputes, tax, employment, education, probate and identity theft.
