Our rapidly growing client, a leader in their sector, are winning new clients regularly. They now need a Client Account Manager to join their Leadership Team.

As Client Account Manager you will develop strong relationships with customers and connect with key business Executives and Stakeholders. Also identify new business opportunities from existing clients.

Your key responsibilities as Client Account Manager will include:

• Main contact for all customer account management matters
• Produce performance versus Service Level Agreements, account status and contractual Management Information
• Develop Trusted Advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
• Organise and facilitate regular client engagement meetings
• Negotiate renewal contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of all initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvements
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
• Ensure contractual client SLA's are achieved and client development plans show strategic direction

To be successful in this key role of Client Account Manager you will demonstrate:

• Success as an Account Manager - ideally within Insurance Claims
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Good analytical skills, with strong financial awareness
• Experience of large scale account development
