Junior Underwriter | M&A Insurance

An insurance group that underwrite mergers and acquisitions deals in order for buyers and sellers to de-risk transactions by the provision of warranty and indemnity insurance are looking to appoint a Junior Underwriter to the team.

You will work with a highly experienced team of corporate / M&A Lawyers turned Underwriters on premium, multi-jurisdictional risks.

The role would suit somebody within the M&A world (2-3 years' experience) who has graduated with a Law degree, a Junior Lawyer (NQ - 2) or big 4 professional with private equity or corporate M&A practice experience.
