We have been retained by a mergers and acquisitions insurance broking house to lead the search for a Senior Broker to join the title insurance team in Warsaw to focus on structuring and placing risks for real estate aspects of MA deals such as title insurance and legal indemnities. The business has a first-class reputation of advising a private equity, venture capital, real estate funds and corporate acquirers on insuring high value M&A deals and the team is comprised of former top-tier corporate M&A and private equity attorneys that have moved into insurance broking.

We are looking to speak with a senior corporate real estate attorney with first class experience around topics such as leasing agreements, real estate matters and general real estate issues surrounding M&A deals.

The appointment offers Lawyers the opportunity to move into a commercial role yet still draw upon their technical and legal skill-set.
