Purpose of the role:   

Maintaining bordereau accounting ledgers for clients operating in different countries and currencies. Preparation of monthly claims and assistance BDX

Job Description

• Reconciliation of client bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Control of cash flow in the client accounts ensuring funds are available for the payment of claims at all times
• Processing payments to policy holders and medical facilities in line with SLA
 • Preparation and distribution of monthly claims and assistance BDX in line with reporting deadlines

• Answering enquiries from underwriters, clients and other stakeholders from around the business
• Working with stakeholders to escalate float shortages or other issues as and when required

• Working with payment providers including Western Union and RBS to ensure service standards are maintained

• Preparation and distribution of monthly MI Dashboards

• Ad-hoc reporting as required

Skills / Qualification:

  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup formulas
  • Accounting experience
  • Able to present to all business levels
