We've been retained to lead the search for a Senior Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney focussed on private equity backed or private M&A deals interested in moving into W&I ("warranty and indemnity") insurance broking. The business operates in the premium space (£50m - £8bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals. We are looking to talk to first class Attorney with an entrepreneurial attitude to build the brand domestically and internationally.
