You'll receive bonus on all business written (new and renewal) and be working with an ambitious management team who will provide all the support and encouragement you need to do the job your way.
As Commercial Account Executive, you will:
- Join one of the leading independently owned commercial insurance brokers in the UK market at their office in the Midlands - covering Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Gloucester, Warwick, and further afield.
- Work for a visible management team who lead from the front and are there to support you.
- Receive a negotiable base salary in line with experience c£30,000-£45,000 with flex., plus one of the market's most lucrative bonus schemes.
- Inherit a book of commercial insurance clients from which you can develop and expand.
- Receive qualified leads and strong MI, plus marketing investment to support you with specialist areas or niches.
- Have room to progress in a growing business, and one with a large enough footprint to secure the right terms and products from the insurance market.
