We've been retained to lead the search for a Corporate Tax Attorney or big 4 Corporate/Private Equity Tax Accountant interested in moving into transactional risks insurance broking market to focus on advising buyers and sellers on tax insurance risks. The business operates in the mid-market to premium deal space (50m - £58n) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on representation and warranties and tax insurance policies for complex M&A deals. We are looking to talk individuals with an entrepreneurial attitude with strong relationships across private equity funds, law firms and accountant with appetite to move into a commercial and deal orientated world where they can leverage the legal or accounting background they hold. The brand has an excellent infrastructure to enable brokers to effectively utilise their network and skill base.
