Broker Relationship & Distribution Manager
Location: City of London, with option to work at least 2 days per week from home.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

You will support the development and delivery of the Distribution Strategy across the UK through robust client and broker engagement, greater visibility in the market and strong pipeline management.
Support the UK Branch Manager in driving our approach to the market. Coordinating between underwriting teams, leading trading forums, developing cross-class pipeline and Salesforce activity across UK, IoM and European underwriting teams plus driving the delivery of key distribution metrics.
In short our client is seeking an individual from a distribution, Broker Relationship Manager / BD type role who can lead the development of the Distribution strategy for the country.
Build relationships to up-sell and cross sell 'new' business for all lines and support the development of wider relationships and engagement.
Support and deliver strategic broker pipelines by understanding their strategies and align them with underwriting appetite and wider strategy to reflect global and local agreements.
Contribute to the successful implementation of Salesforce, to build and monitor healthy pipelines aligned to business planning targets
Analyse market dynamics and demonstrate market cycle awareness to operate effectively and appropriately.
Prepare performance reports to monitor performance and governance, and present information when necessary on activity internally and with Clients and Brokers. Support P&L owners by providing MI on performance to maintain and support strategies for clients and brokers
Strong experience of managing and building Broker relationships and Client engagements.
Good knowledge of the insurance market and a variety of commercial products/lines of business.
Salesforce / CRM experience highly desirable
