Our client is an Insurance Broker based in Weybridge, Surrey. They are currently seeking either a school leaver or graduate to join help with administrative tasks within the Private Clients team.
-Providing support to the private client broker with customer enquiries and issues
-Phone answering and transferring of incoming calls
-Sending emails to clients and insurance companies on behalf of the broker team
-Creating documents and letters to send to clients
-Assist the claims manager with the lifecycle of all claims submitted to the brokerage
-Ensuring all customer files are up to date
-Customer service and follow up calls with clients
-Taking credit card payments from customers
-Administration support for MD and FD as required
-General Office management including ordering supplies, banking cheques and waste management
Suitable candidates will be a recent or upcoming school leaver/graduate seeking an entry level role within the Insurance Industry that can locate to the company office in Weybridge
