CEO - Wholesale Broker

An independent Broker that controls circa £500m GWP across 3 platforms is looking for a CEO to lead their wholesale broking business. They are in the process of re-engineering their UK business and have created a separate entity to build a world-class international (re)insurance broking platform.

They are looking for a CEO to lead the journey and report directly to the group board. The appointee will be a well-known figure within the insurance industry able to inspire teams, lead investment decisions and generate game-changing client and insurer relationships. The initial 3-year goal is to build an internationally diverse portfolio of c.£20m net retained brokerage income, with a focus on North America.

This is career defining role where the successful candidate will must have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in wholesale, London market broking.
