With over 10 offices, this Broker is looking to grow throughout the South East (London, Hertfordshire, Surrey etc.) by recruiting New Business Account Executives to join them on their journey. Post-Covid many of their offices will move to an average of 3 days per week in the office and two at home.
What are they looking for?
Put simply, individuals who have a proven track record in their specialism, ideally having built a £200k+ income book. They want self-starters with a clear plan and vision to build a book again in their chosen commercial insurance market. Account Executives or Development Executives from the National or independent Brokers would be best suited to this environment (as oppose to the global Brokers).
